Our process is never the same twice; it allows us to be unique and not set in our ways that it takes the creativity out of the hands of the most important people involved – the homeowner. We tend to refer to our process as “new-age,” in that we offer an engaging, inclusive and informative project-specific approach that allows for full participation and understanding from all parties involved.

With the diversity of wish lists, timelines, ideas, questions and visions that our potential clients express it makes more sense to us to provide this unique project by project outlook.

We also feel it is extremely important to get to know each and every one of our customers on a personal level. Not only does this allow us to achieve a more thorough understanding of the clients’ vision but it also allows for a friendship to be created, moving forward. After all, in some cases, we will be spending a lot of time together over the next handful of months.
